很久沒po手平衡的練習,因為有一段時間沒練習,連chaturanga 都沒做,因為之前手臂太壯了🤣當然我還是覺得自己美翻,只是想說也停下來一下,花了很多時間在後彎跟開胸的練習❤️
It has been long time i didnt practice arm balancing poses, since my arms were too strong🤣too big, even though I am still so beautiful 🤣 but I decided to stop a while and practice more on my backbend and chest opening, it was also amazing ❤️
